We are proud to announce our acceptance into the NYC Department of Transportation Plaza Program and our plans to transform this corner of TriBeCa into a true urban oasis. A capital campaign is currently underway to raise the private funds still needed to create this future 9,000 sq ft $3MM community epicenter.
