HARVEST FESTIVAL (Saturday, October 25th 10:30am—12:30pm)

Join us on the plaza THIS SATURDAY for a FREE family-friendly event featuring tons of children’s activities from local favorites like Manhattan Youth, Playgarden, NY Kids Club and the Brooklyn Robot Foundry, plus face painting, henna tattoos, cookie decorating and much, much more! We’ll also have live music throughout the event and performances by the talented kiddos from Modern Martial Arts and Dance with Miss Rachel.  And be sure stop in for a family pic in our wacky photo booth (perfect for your holiday cards!) and be automatically entered to win a $300 professional photo session with Sarah Murchison Photography!



SUNRISE YOGA MONDAYS  (Mondays, 9/22 – 10/27  7:00am-8:00am)
Start the day off right with some great outdoor yoga while the weather is still nice!  Join Yoga instructor Fitzy for yoga outside on the plaza for for 6 consecutive Mondays starting September 22nd.  Bring a friend to this free class, and don’t forget your mat and some water, too!



January / Mulchfest
Bring your holiday tree to the plaza to be treecycled by the Department of Parks into mulch for city parks and gardens!

April / Jazzfest
Join us on the plaza for an entertaining afternoon of live jazz music and light refreshments, including many of the areas most talented jazz bands.

May / Spring Celebration
Our biggest event of the year, featuring children’s games and activities, food donated by area restaurants, live music and so much more.

June/ SoHarmoniums Women’s Choir
An a cappella performance by the SoHarmoniums Ladies Chior to celebrate the official start of summer!

October/ Duane Park Loft Tour
A neighborhood tradition which offers a peek inside some of the areas most unique and impressive homes. This event is sponsored by Duane Park, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting Bogardus Garden & Plaza.

October / Harvest Festival
A big neighborhood event featuring fun for the whole family, refreshments, music and kid-friendly activities.

December / Holiday Sing
A performance by neighborhood singers sponsored by the Church Street School for Music and Art.
